Yoga Nidra is an ancient, sleep-based meditation that guides you to the deepest levels of relaxation, where your entire being is bathed in stillness and peace. More than just a practice, it is a union of mind, body, and energy, allowing profound healing and restoration to take place.
Each session begins with a brief introduction, setting the intention for the evening, followed by a 35-40 minute guided meditation. This deeply immersive experience is said to provide the equivalent of three hours of deep rest, replenishing both body and mind.
There are many approaches to Yoga Nidra, but the method I have studied and taught since 2015 is the Amrit Desai Method, a practice that activates the body’s innate healing intelligence. My mentor and lifelong coach, Kamini Desai, is a leading authority in Yoga Nidra, yoga therapy, and the integration of ancient wisdom with modern psychology.
Over the years, I have witnessed countless transformations through this practice. From insomnia, chronic pain, anxiety, and PTSD to challenges like test-taking stress, body image struggles, and emotional healing, Yoga Nidra meets each person exactly where they are, offering deeply personal and powerful shifts.

WHAT IS DRY SALT THERAPY (HALOTHERAPY)?
Halotherapy (dry salt therapy) is a natural, drug-free, alternative treatment that may help to improve respiratory issues and skin conditions.
The key process involves a halogenerator crushing and grinding 99.99% Pure Grade Sodium Chloride (salt) into very tiny microparticles. The halogenerator, or halotherapy machine, then disperses these dry aerosol microparticles of salt into the salt therapy room, salt cave, halotherapy sauna, or SALT Booth® during a typical session.
As an individual undergoes a salt therapy session, they inhale the microparticles. The particles penetrate deep into the lungs, bronchi, bronchioles, and alveoli to address respiratory concerns.
At the same time, the non-inhaled salt particles are absorbed by the body to combat skin conditions. Salt therapy can offer both respiratory (lungs and breathing) and cutaneous (skin-related) benefits. Additionally, the relaxing, calm environment offered by salt room therapy can help with stress reduction.
This treatment can be complete in only 10 minutes or can be extended upon request. Follow it with time in our Sunlighten Infrared Sauna and you will leave a new person.

Meditation is a practice that people arrive at when the time is right. Often, it's for a specific reason—trouble sleeping, an overactive mind, overwhelming stress, or even a doctor’s recommendation. Whatever brought you here, I’m glad you’ve arrived.
For me, meditation began as a necessity. At seventeen, it was my medicine—my way to manage debilitating panic attacks. Now, it’s my daily nourishment, a practice I wouldn’t go a day without.
My teaching is rooted in four essential pillars: breath, body scanning, self-inquiry, and mantra. I guide you through these in a way that is accessible and relevant to your daily life. In the end, you’ll discover what resonates most with you, and I’ll support you in making this practice a lasting and enriching part of your life. Anything truly valuable takes commitment, and I’m here to help make that journey both light and enduring.
My favorite definition of meditation is from one of my teachers, Sarah McLean:“Meditation is a word used to describe the many techniques and practices, both modern and ancient that settle your nervous system and train your brain to be more focused, more engaged and less reactive.” And who wouldn’t want that?
Thai Massage
My years of training with Kam Thye Chow, one of the world’s most revered Thai Massage practitioners, remain some of the most cherished of my life. His wisdom extended far beyond technique—he taught me to approach this practice with presence, compassion, and a deep respect for its sacred roots. Through his guidance, I not only learned the art of Thai Massage but also the gift of teaching others.
Thai Massage is more than bodywork; it is a moving meditation, a dance of connection, and a profound expression of healing. Every session is a reflection of that lineage, honoring the balance of giving and receiving, breath and movement, strength and surrender. It is a privilege to carry this tradition forward, touching lives in the same way Kam Thye touched mine.
Rooted in over 2,500 years of tradition, Thai Massage is a sacred healing practice that blends acupressure, assisted stretching, and rhythmic compression to restore balance in the body. Originating from the temples of Thailand, this ancient modality is deeply connected to the principles of energy flow, drawing influence from Ayurvedic medicine and traditional Chinese healing systems.
Unlike conventional massage, Thai Massage is performed fully clothed on a comfortable floor mat, allowing for dynamic, flowing movements that improve flexibility, relieve tension, and promote deep relaxation. I will use my hands, elbows, knees, and feet to apply targeted pressure along the body’s energy lines, known as Sen lines, encouraging the release of blockages and restoring vitality.
